This is The Gripper, a sneaker with a sturdy running sole and extended stabiliser at the heel. The sneaker is finished with high-quality leather lining. The footbed is fully removable and can be replaced with your own footbed or insoles, if required. The sneakers have a G1/2 width last, giving them a comfortable and roomy fit. The upper is made from dark brown suede. Rubber labels on the side and tongue feature the Floris van Bommel logo.

For men’s shoes, Floris van Bommel uses the English (UK) shoe size system in whole and half sizes (5 to 13½). This allows for a very accurate fitting range. The two tables below show how the UK sizes relate to EU sizes and centimetres. In the video, we show you how to measure your feet correctly.
