You are entitled to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Floris van Bommel Shoes GmbH, Füchtenfeld 9, 48599 Gronau, Germany, e-mail: webshop@florisvanbommel.com, phone number: +49 800-7245456) of your decision to cancel this contract with a clear and written statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the cancellation period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from you choosing a different type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), promptly and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

If you have requested that the service should commence during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided by the time you inform us of exercising the right of cancellation regarding this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
