Product details

The vibrant colours on the material make this shoe a stylish eye-catcher in our collection. The leather has a rich palette of cognac shades thanks to various finishing methods applied on top of each other. This is a derby lace shoe with a durable grey TPU sole. A dovetail joint elegantly divides the heel into in a rubber part and a leather section. The inside of the shoe is finished with high-quality calf leather lining. The sole is stitched through in the typical Blake make.

For men’s shoes, Floris van Bommel uses the English (UK) shoe size system in whole and half sizes (5 to 13½). This allows for a very accurate fitting range. The two tables below show how the UK sizes relate to EU sizes and centimetres. In the video, we show you how to measure your feet correctly.

"On the bottom of this shoe’s sole, I added a little drawing. It's two shoes talking to each other. Or rather, one shoe says to the other: "So you are a Floris van Bommel shoe?" He talks by moving his sole up and down at the front like a lower jaw. The other shoe replies with: "Mpff, mpff". And that, of course, is because it’s indeed a Floris van Bommel shoe! The sole is firmly attached. So, it can't talk. Anyway, the blank stares I’ve received so far in response to this drawing are pretty telling. That’s why I’m explaining it here. This way, should you go for this model, you can focus entirely on the shoe itself. And I’ll spend some time thinking about whether I should go "mpff mpff" more often when trying to be funny."
