Order and delivery

Shipping costs

There are no shipping costs for orders from 100 Euros. For orders under 100 Euros we charge 3.95 Euros shipping costs. We do not charge any other costs or fees for returning items or completing payments.

Delivery time

Orders placed on weekdays before 5 pm will be sent out the same day. Once the order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation with a track & trace link. This way, you can easily follow your package and check the time slot in which it will be delivered. Our delivery partner delivers in Germany within 1 to 3 working days. Your package may be delivered in the morning, afternoon or evening. Unfortunately, we do not have any influence on the exact delivery time. If a delivery is delayed, this will be indicated in the updated delivery time slot. If you have any questions about this, please email us so that we can get in touch with our delivery partner.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, there will be another delivery attempt on the following day. There will be 4 delivery attempts in total before the shipment is returned to us. We always ask for a signature upon receipt. Your parcel may be delivered to a neighbour if they agree to sign for the shipment received.

Delivery to a service point

We cannot offer direct deliveries to a service point. If you missed the delivery on the first attempt, you will be notified by email and receive a note in your letterbox. Wenn der Zusteller Sie beim ersten Zustellversuch nicht angetroffen hat, erhalten Sie dazu eine Benachrichtigung per E-Mail und in Ihrem Briefkasten. Beim zweiten Zustellversuch können Sie dann als Lieferort eine DHL-Servicestelle angeben.

Express delivery

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer express deliveries. We are however working hard to realize this option in the near future.

Order confirmation

After payment has been made and the order has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation within a few minutes. If you do not receive an order confirmation, it is possible that the order was not completed during the payment process or that you have entered a wrong email address. In either case, please get in touch with our customer service.

Cancelling an order

Have you ordered the wrong size or item or would you like an additional product? As long as the order has not been shipped, you can still cancel it. We recommend you to do this as soon as possible by getting in touch with our customer service via phone. If your shipment has already been dispatched, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. But of course, you can always return your delivery free of charge.
