Last Dutch shoe factory
In 1734 my great great great great great great grandfather started making shoes. To put it in a historical perspective: that was 35 years before Napoleon ever filled his first nappy.
Currently my brothers, Reynier and Pepijn, and I are the ninth generation in our family business. To this day, we continue to make high-quality shoes in our own shoe factory in Moergestel, in the Netherlands.
In 1952 our Queen appointed us Purveyor to the Royal Household by Appointment. We think that is cool.
